Chirajeevi Rayalaseema To Kadapa Ankita Yatra

Praja Rajyam president K. Chiranjeevi is embarking on a three-day ‘Praja Ankitha Yatra’ in Kadapa district from November 19 starting from Pulivendula Assembly constituency, a Congress stronghold being represented by Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and his family members for the last three decades.

Welcome arches, flexiboard hoardings, Chiranjeevi’s cut-outs and large banners with the slogan ‘Preme lakshyam, sevaye margam’ (love is the goal and service is the path) and party flags have been put up in all the towns which the actor-turned politician is slated to tour in Kadapa district. Expected to arrive at Pulivendula at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Chiranjeevi will pass through Balapanur, the native village of the Chief Minister and would pass through Thondur, Muddanur, Jammalamadugu and Proddatur.

He would make a night halt on Rani Tirumala Devi Degree College premises, belonging to former MLA and Praja Rajyam leader M.V. Ramana Reddy, on
Proddatur-Mydukur Road
on November 19. He would proceed to Chapadu on November 20 and would cover Mydukur, Khajipet and Chennur to reach Kadapa, where he was expected to go round addressing street-corner meetings for about three hours. He would visit Ameen Peer Dargah (Pedda Dargah), before proceeding for a night halt to Church grounds at Ramanjaneyapuram on the outskirts of Kadapa. On November 21, the last day of his road show in Kadapa district, Chiranjeevi would pass through Bhakrapet, Vontimitta, Nandalur, Rajampet, Pullampet, Obulavaripalle and Railway Kodur, before leaving the district for Tirupati. Chiranjeevi would cover seven Assembly segments – Pulivendula, Jammalamadugu, Proddatur, Mydukur, Kadapa, Rajampet and Railway Kodur (SC). His tour would leave out Rayachoti, Kamalapuram and Badvel constituencies.
