Chiranjeevi Vows to Cleanse Politics

Praja Rajyam (PR) founder Chiranjeevi sought the blessings of people, stating that he had come before them as the eldest son of the state. He said that with the blessings of people, the PR would win the elections.

As part of his Praja Ankita Yatra, Chiranjeevi started his tour from Kadapa and visited Bhakarapet, Madhavaram, Ontimitta, Nandalur, Rajampet and Railwaykodur in Kadapa district.

Speaking on the occasion, he explained the background of his entry into politics and promised to fulfil the aspirations of people if the PR was elected to power.

The PR chief said that he would cleanse the rotten politics in the state. Chiranjeevi promised that he would strive to provide employment to the youth. The PR chief urged people to ensure that their names were in the voters’ list. Chiranjeevi thanked women for showering him with affection. He said that he had received blessings from Christians, Muslims and Hindus in Kadapa district.

Chiranjeevi said that he was very happy as he had received blessings from the Bishop, visited the Pedda dargah in Kadapa and the Kondandarama temple in Ontimitta.

When he visited Pedda dargah in Kadapa to offer prayers, Peethadhipathi Syed Arifullah Hussaini and others welcomed him. The PR chief met Syed ArifullahHussaini and received his blessings. He wished people who thronged the dargah.

The PR leaders, Messrs. Khaleel Basha, C. Rama-chandraiah, K. Vidyadhar Rao and others accompanied Chiranjeevi.
