Chiru now facing problem with symbol

After successfully resolving the problem surfaced for registration of his party Praja Rajyam, film star turned politician Chiranjeevi is now facing a new problem with regard to his party’s symbol raising son.
D Narasimha Reddy, President of Andhra Pradesh Navodaya Prajaparty, has claimed that the ‘rising sun’ in the Praja Rajyam flag was a symbol allotted to him. He met the Chief Electoral Officer, I.V. Subba Rao, on Saturday to present his case.
The CEO promised to look into the issue. Narasimha Reddy said that his party was registered in 1992 at Thukkuguda village of Maheswaram Mandal in Ranga Reddy district. His party was allotted the rising sun symbol in the recent elections too, he claimed.
Meanwhile, Election Commission officials informed that Praja Rajyam had not been allotted any symbol so far and added that it would happen only after registration. They pointed out that the party flag can have any symbol but election symbol could be different.
