Tie-up options open: Chiru

Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi on Wednesday made it clear that his party would strike alliances with like-minded parties in the next elections.

Speaking to reporters at a book release function at the party office here today, he said he will not be able to say now with which party he would sail.

"There is still a lot of time to think about alliances. We would make our decision depending on developments in future," he said.

He made it clear that his party would not join the Grand Alliance (Maha Kutami), which is in the making at present, but would try to build its own front. He said committees would be formed to study Telangana and other issues.

Reacting to a question whether his party would fight along with the CPI on Polepally SEZ issue, PRP president said he would like to have a look at the issue on his own first.
